Objective: a new People approach for a cultural and digital transformation. A new journey using Technology to enhance the employee experience, a new virtual leadership to accompany people in their journeys and self-empowerment to lead ourselves in any situation.

Objective: Raising awareness of stereotypes and labels by focusing on the concept that we are all unique and developing consciousness.

everis Magic

Year: 2018

Objective: A special, positive experience around the magic of the everis people centric model, a true everis experience that our employees wanted to shout about and it was lived through our tailored journey map.

SES Motions

Year: 2017

Objective: To increase the level of engagement of a particular Business Unit by applying emotional intelligence to the whole employee life cycle. An end to end perspective to improve the whole employee experience.

Cross-company programme for young talent development. Transforma España.

Year: 2014

Objective: Definition and implementation of a cross-company programme for young talent development to increase the number of young talents in top companies’ Boards of Directors.

Benefits: 6 years later the cross-company young talent development program is running in 5 locations around Spain, 386 high performance young talent have attended to the programme and 89 companies are part of the initiative.

Awards: AE Award - Best HR ideas of the year.

everis New Career Model

Year: 2010

Objective: To design and implement the everis career model for the whole organization. Career management initiatives and competency based Talent Management programs.

Benefits: The corporate career model is used for the whole since the implementation. 10 years later 25.000 people worldwide are recruited, developed and recognised following the career model.

Awards: E&E HR Innovation Awards Finalist. Recognised in the Spanish market for innovation in Human Resources.
